My lease came up for renewal at the beginning of April, and my landlord announced she was ready to sell the building. I have always dreamed of owning it, so my husband & I took the initial steps to purchase it – getting one of the payday fast loans. We pre-qualified for a loan, *but* the bank ultimately said it had to be for residential use only. We couldn’t buy the current studio space because they considered it a commercial property due to the heavily commercial area.
But everything happens for a reason, right? I met up with my friend Adam for coffee the day after I got the news, and it turns out he was looking for someone to rent the upstairs of his studio space – and it is perfect for what I need! YES!
So we’ll be moving from our current location on Studewood to 1229 Heights Blvd, Suite B on May 31st! To kick off summer and the big move right, we decided to have a BIG SALE!!!

I have a wonderful, private studio space for your session – nice and cozy in our new studio! Located on Heights Boulevard, easy to get to from anywhere in Houston, the Heights is a charming porch community just north of downtown off of major freeways. Prefer to have your session at your home or a hotel? There is no travel fee for sessions in the Greater Houston area!
A limited number of sessions are available on the weekends. Most sessions are Monday – Thursday. 50% of your selected package price is due at the time of booking to hold your date; the balance is due 2 weeks before your session.
Prices do not include applicable sales tax.
Not limited to Houston sessions! – Live somewhere else? I would love to come visit you there. Travel costs vary, but I’m happy to consider *anything*! We need to talk!
