Instead of your traditional rehearsal dinner, Melissa & Brandon and their families decided to do a sunset sailing trip around Caye Caulker, Belize. I think that is the most excellent idea – when you bring all of your family and friends together for a wedding day, why just have dinner? Do something super special and enjoy your time with them!
Jerry was the caption of our boat that was from Ragamuffin Tours. 20 of us on a sail boat in the Caribbean. Yes, this is the life! It was so fabulous! They brought aboard 5 gallons of rum punch for the passengers, and everyone had a good time!
After the cruise we walked to Agave for dinner, which was delicious. It was a magical evening, and the perfect way to kick off today’s wedding celebrations! We are so grateful to Melissa & Brandon for including us on all of their festivities!
Elaine’s laptop can’t open the photos from my 5d mkII camera, but she was happy to share some of the ones she took on the sailing adventure for me to post here — all three of these were taken by her. I can’t wait to share some of the ones I got too! (My Apple Genius Bar appointment is all set up for 11am on Saturday when I get home!)
