Have you seen the new Google Docs for Wedding Planning? I mean, how seriously cool are they?!? Sure, you can create your own spreadsheets, forms, and everything else – but now thanks to Google Docs and Style Me Pretty, you can use templates already created for you to help make your wedding planning all nice and neatly organized. You can read more about them on the Google Blog and on Style Me Pretty.
Being a bit of a geek, I just find this so incredibly awesome! And as a bonus, they are full of planning tips as well. LOVE! And I have to confess, I was a little giddy to see that Joel Serrato was the videography guru for the project, as he is such a fabulous guy. I got to spend time with him at the Jose Villa Workshop in Mexico that I mentioned the other day (where I was when I first heard from Kelly & Ted), and he is just so awesome! Plus his 8mm wedding films are so gorgeous!
What do you use for your planning? Google Docs? A snazzy binder? A folder full of goodies? I’m curious – let me know!

I love google docs! One of my brides got all her info that way. I thought she was genius!
Google Docs are so cool. We prepare a binder for our brides to store all of their paper stuff & swatches. We also use an online workbook that we both can view and update.
Wow! That’s a cool idea. Is there anything google can’t do?
I love Google Docs. Thanks for sharing this information!
I am a secretary for First Baptist Church, Sulphur, LA and one of my responsibilities is to help with wedding planning. I would like to be able to offer the future brides and their moms good forms for planning. Please help.
Thank you.
