I shared Katherine & Ryan’s Getting Ready and Ceremony photos from La Tranquila Ranch yesterday, so now it is on to the reception! What a great party it was!

Christine becomes more than your photographer, she becomes your friend. She will tell you herself, that there are so many amazing photographers in the Houston area. Heck, she has meetings with many of them every month. She is not trying to compete with the ability of so many others out there. She wants to be your friend. When you book Christine, you are ensuring that you will be 100% comfortable on your wedding day and with your picture being taken and that it is all being captured. I was a bride that put the photographer above all other vendors…no pressure right!? Well I met with several photogs and Christine was it! She is silly and fun, and works her tail off to make sure you have all the images you want. Also, my guests complimented how nice the photographers were and as a result…we have great photos of our guests from the wedding as well! I didn’t get to meet Elaine cause she was in an accident and hurt a few weeks before my wedding, but Christine went through her list and secured us Kari Noser. She was amazing too!! I love our wedding photos!!

First we wrapped up the portraits before we headed inside — I like to keep the wedding party portraits as straightforward and as fast as possible, because I want you to get on to the party and celebrating with your guests! We didn’t want to take the portraits in the main room though with the DJ’s equipment, so I was so excited to discover what a perfect location the foyer was for them!
Kari got this great shot of Katherine & Ryan! I love that they had a beer glass for him and a wine glass for her!
It was an emotional day for so many reasons; Ryan’s Dad takes a moment with Katherine.
Kat made these *seriously* awesome water bottles for the guests – so fantastic! LOVE them! I love how they coordinated with the table runner on their head table and other items throughout the wedding day. She also incorporated their monogram on a number of items – hand painted on the aisle runner, on the water bottles, the napkins, and Ryan’s Mom made one that was featured outside in the garden as well!
Love this moment after the first dances when Ryan’s father went to dance with his mother. It just makes me smile.
Not only did Katherine make the items above, she made their invitations and the programs as well. Gorgeous!
