Around the Internet, and off to Atlanta, Savannah & Asheville!

Flowergirls

I was going through files on my drives tonight and found this photo from Amanda & Craig’s wedding back in 2008. Aren’t these dresses the cutest thing ever? The week before the wedding, the mother of the groom made the overskirts, which were made like a big bubble of tulle with fake flowers inside. They tied them over the white dresses that she had made, and paired with a white cardigan they were perfect for a winter wedding! So awesome!

I just wanted to share some other things as well — WeddingParty.com just featured my recent post on Cultural Weddings on their site. Thank you to the editors of WeddingParty!

Just over a week ago, I was the guest on Dane Sander’s Fast Track Photographer’s livecast Coaching. It was excellent to have a chance to chat with Dane about community and how it can help people take their businesses to the next level! Thank you Dane for having me as your guest! If you want to listen to the episode, contact me and I will be happy to share the code for it!

Dane & I have also been brainstorming some ideas to help grow the Fast Track Photographer movement in the local communities after the workshop comes to a city, and I’ve got plans under way for kicking it off in Houston! If you’re interested, let me know — all you need is to have a desire to take your photography business to the next level, an open mind, and a community spirit. Everyone has something to learn, and everyone has something to teach. Stay tuned for more details – I can’t wait!!

Last but not least – I’ll be heading out to Atlanta next week to do some special work, and then on to Savannah, St. Simons Island, and Asheville NC for weddings with Regina Holder, and there is still time to contact me if you would like to line up a session while I’m there in each city! Engagement sessions, boudoir sessions, Mr & Mrs sessions – you name it! Contact me to set it up!

Christine - Hmmm… they are full posts when I view them in my feed reader and it is set that way in WP as well. I’ve been a long time advocate of full posts in feeds! I’ll poke around though and see what is up!

Shawn - Those flower girl dresses are stunning. Makes me want to get married again so I can have all the cool stuff that wasn’t available 13.5 years ago, you know?
