I can’t believe I didn’t post about this before! While I was in Corpus Christi for Erika & Nick’s wedding on January 10th, I got the news that one of my photos placed in the Artistic Guild of the WPJA 3rd Quarter Contest!
The WPJA and AGWPJA contests are among the few that I enter; I like that you have to be a member of the organization for entry, and that they have rigorous standards to join. When I saw the category list, I knew this photo was a perfect fit. It is one from Jacque & Joe’s wedding last year. What you can’t quite see in the photo is that the book she is holding is open to the most hideous hairstyles ever, and Jacque & I were both laughing as Jacque told her *no* she could NOT have her hair done in one of those styles!
This one will be on the new portfolio site that is COMING SOON! I’m so excited! I’ve been busy behind the scenes getting everything polished and ready for it!
